Website terms of use

These terms govern access to the DueFound website, record lookup, secure upload pages, and customer portal operated by DueFound (operating entity pending). DueFound's homeowner filing-preparation workflow is free and does not request a payment method. Any separate commercial service would require its own clearly identified terms and consent.
Permitted use
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with information you are authorized to provide. You may not probe security controls, interfere with service operation, submit malicious files, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Account and upload responsibility
You are responsible for accurate contact and company information, protecting secure links and account credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, medical records, or unrelated employee information.
Service boundary
Automated results are provisional. DueFound organizes records and prepares evidence for qualified human review; it is not a government body, law firm, legal representative, or eligibility arbiter and does not guarantee eligibility, savings, or a county decision.
Optional marketing
Filing updates contain only information about the service you requested. Any future appeal, valuation, or other promotional offer requires separate, purpose-specific marketing consent and is not part of service-email consent.
Ownership and feedback
You retain rights in records you submit. You grant DueFound the limited right to host, process, reproduce, and disclose those records to approved service providers and reviewers only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying confidential customer information.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended, or restricted for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes to these terms will receive a new version and effective date.
Liability and disputes
Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution terms remain subject to approval before launch and will be included in the final version.
